Festival Information

COST

Nothing! admission and parking are free, and attendees can even bring in their own food and non-alcoholic drinks.

Seating

bring your own chair or blanket for seating.
We want everyone to enjoy the show without significant obstruction to the view, so Specific sections will be marked for open canopies, chairs, ada and standing room.

 attire

Please dress modestly during the event. Festival board reserves all rights to determine appropriate attire.

First aid

Located near the entrance to the amphitheater.
Drink plenty of water before and during the festival as the weather may contribute to heat stroke if individuals are not properly hydrated. Potable water in the amphitheater is available for refilling water bottles, or water can be purchased.

Pets

Please plan to leave your pets at home as they will not be allowed on festival grounds.

Coolers

Coolers are allowed on the festival grounds
 

cameras

due to copyright restrictions and artist contracts, professional photography and videography is prohibited. You can Sign up to volunteer with the media team!

Lost & Found

Located at the information desk  at the entrance of the amphitheater

Lost Children

unaccompanied children will be escorted to the information desk at the entrance of the amphitheater where they can be reunited with their parent/guardian

bring

attendees are encouraged to bring a lawn chair and/or a blanket along with sunscreen and water. You might also bring some cash if you’re interested in buying something from the food and drink vendors, the vendor market, or the merchandise tent. Cash donations will also be accepted.

Prohibited Substances

illegal Drugs and alcohol are prohibited on the premises of the festival. a designated smoking area is available; this is the only location at which smoking will be permitted on the premises.
